What is Validately.com?• Validately is a great idea, concept and application for Usability testing.• Validately is a great product that offers great services.

Why it matters?

• The benefit of fixing their website and product issues will outgrow the cost of fixing it with thousands.• The most beneficial for this project will be fixing the Home page: explaining better what the product does.• The home page does not have clear value proposition that can hold people's attention for longer than 10-15 seconds – the bounce rate is very high.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM

All 5 usability principles are violated:• Learnability: Main navigation and sign up is easy, but 30 sec demo and product trial is confusing • Efficiency: The design is not enough clear for productive completion of a task?•Memorability: Confusion makes it hard to remember?• Errors: Usability session recordings give errors• Satisfaction: Frustration of learning and using the app throws away satisfaction of using it.
