DESCRIPTION

This is a presentation by Sandy Hoff of S.I. Salter at the 3/2/11 meeting of the Harbor Technical Advisory Committee, about their preliminary concepts for a "remarkable" redevelopment of Duluth's Bayfront area, including the former Lafarge cement terminal site. The Duluth Economic Development Authority (DEDA)owns about half of the 20-acre Pier B site, as well as adjacent property, and is working with Hoff and his team of investors.
