DESCRIPTION

We previously blogged about how ShowKit compares to the Amazon “Mayday” button, and that Enterprise companies with mobile apps (who doesn’t have an app these days?) should be scrambling to keep up with that level of mobile support and engagement. If you don’t know, Mayday allows Kindle Fire users to directly connect with an Amazon agent via video chat with the touch of a button. The agent can then see, navigate, and draw on the user’s screen. It’s as if the support agent and customer were in the same room looking at the tablet together. About a month ago, Salesforce announced a move to supply Mayday-like technology to their own customers, clearly recognizing the value of high-level, personal support inside mobile apps. The catch: Salesforce’s “SOS” solution hasn’t been built yet.

If you don’t know, “Mayday” allows Kindle Fire HDX users to directly connect with an Amazon agent via video chat with the touch of a button.

3

The agent can then see, navigate, and draw on the user’s screen.

It’s as if they support agent and customer were in the same room looking at the tablet together.

4

Salesforce recently announced a move to supply Mayday-like technology to their own

customers, clearly recognizing the value of high-level, personal support inside their mobile apps.

5

The catch: Salesforce’ s “ SOS” solution

hasn’ t been built yet.

6

So once again, we’re here to tell you that you can build this technology into your mobile apps

today, using ShowKit. It’s that simple.

7

(Look familiar? The next slide is an image ShowKit released prior to the announcement of Salesforce’s “SOS” tool. We’re flattered to see the similarities!)

8

With ShowKit, an Enterprise agent can see the user’s screen and co-navigate inside the app, all

while connected over video chat. 9

We demonstrated this technology during the finals at the TechCrunch Disrupt conference last

month. You can see the video here.

10

Not only do we have customers using our technology now, with apps live in the Apple App Store, but out technology also integrates with

Salesforce and other CRMs.

11

And as the Enterprise world continues to go mobile, we’re ready with the only tool that powers Mobile-to-Mobile

connections as well as Mobile-to-Desktop.

Imagine your sales and support teams providing real-time help from their iPads on the go, or from desktops in the office.

12

Whether you’re looking for “Mayday” or “SOS”-like technology to power your

mobile customer support, ShowKit has what you need, today.
