Employees want to know how they’re doing. Create an environment where two-way feedback is welcomed. If employees can’t speak the truth to you, how can you expect them to care about your business?

5. Say THANK YOU - Often.
Recognition and a simple thank you go a long way in building morale. Real-time thanks is best, but it’s never too late to recognize an employee.
