How to use

Basic Tutorial

What is Prezi?

It is a cloud-based

presentation software

which makes use of one

large canvas

that allows you to pan and

zoom to various parts of the

canvas

and emphasize the ideas

presented there.

It allows you to

place, combine

and navigate

pictures, videos,

music, words and

other objects on a

canvas

to present idea,

lesson and story.

Let’s begin…

Choose your desired Web

Browser

Click on the Search bar

Go to www.prezi.com

Prezi Homepage

Click on Go to Prezi

Click on See pricing

There are three

different types of

Prezi licenses

available

To create a FREE account

Click on Continue Free

Fill in the necessary

information

Type in your First Name

Type in your Last Name

Type in your Email

Type in your Password

Click on

Create your

free Public

account

Choose what best suite you

Click on the box your chose

Click on Next

Click on Get started

Read then click on Arrow right icon

Do the same

And again

Click on Start Creating

Type in your Text

Edit Text through the Toolbar

When you click on

the text itself…

This will appear

Click on the Grab icon to

move the text

Click on the + - icons to

resize text

To insert videos,

shapes

And other objects

to your

presentation

Click on Insert

Select from

the options

Group your content

by adding

Select Frame Type

Click on the

Selected

Click on Add Frame icon

An Editing Toolbar will

appear

Click here to modify frame’s

content, type color and size

Click here to drag and drop frame to

the content you want to group

Notice that when

you add a frame,

automatically

sequence

number

Click on Delete to remove

Drag and

Drop to

change

sequence

Creating Pathto your Prezi

This is the

important part

because…

this will be the

movement of your

presentation

Click on

Edit Path

Once selected,

you can

now see…

To add path to the

object,

hover the cursor to

the text, frame or

image…

to appear

as next slide…
