people’s permissions

Click : Add another company to

this project

Enter a new company name

Click : Create and add

company

You have now added a

company to your project

Click : Add a new person to

your invited company

Fill in the following fields, the

rest is optional

Click : Add this person

You have successfully added this

person to your invited company

Click on messages

Click : Post the first messages

Fill in with project details

You can attach files, just click ,

Browse…

Choose what file you want to

attach

Click : select

Your message is now save to

your project

Click : To-do’s

Click : create the first to-do list

Enter : a list name , and list

description (optional)

Click : Create this list

Click : Add an Item

Enter the details

Click : Add this item

Keep on repeating until you

have entered all the items

Click : Milestones

Click : Add the first Milestone

Enter the details

Click : Create this Milestone

Click : Writeboards

Click : Create the first

writeboard

Enter details

Click : Create a new writeboard

Click : Go back to your project
