Mine:• Morning reading via Feedly: 8:00-8:10• Check Facebook: Three times per day 2-3 minutes

each• Check Twitter: Three times a day 2-3 minutes

each (except for #solopr chat!)• Evening reading via Zite/Flipboard: 10:30-10:40• Downtime consumption: 5-10 minutes per day• Total: 29-36 minutes per day
