• Cutoutthepaperpatternusingapaperscissors.

• Openthefoldedpatterntoformahalfcircle.

2. Cutoutthefabric.• Foldthefabric,aligningselvages.• Placethestraightedgeofthepatternonthefoldofthe

fabric.Cutoutthecirclepatternfortheoutertreeskirt;trimawaythesmallercentercircle.
