How to Setup Email on a Mobile Device

Using Android Note: Not all Android device screens will look identical.

1) Press the Menu button and then select settings

2) In your settings locate and press Accounts & sync

3) Press Add account

4) Enter your Regent email address (i.e. username@regent.edu) and password and press Next

5) Enter the following and then press Next

Server: mobilemail.regent.edu

Note: If you do not see an option to enter the server name, press your device menu button

and select manual setup.

Domain: regent.edu

Note: If your device asks for Domain\Username, please enter regentnt\username

where username is your username.

6) Select what you would like to sync and how often and press Next

7) Name your account and press Finish setup

Using iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch)

1) In the Settings app and select Mail, Contacts, Calendars

2) Under Accounts select Add Account…

3) Press the option for Microsoft® Exchange

4) Enter your information along with

Server: mobilemail.regent.edu

Domain: regent.edu

5) Press Next

6) Select what you would like to sync then press Save

Using Windows Phone 7

1) Select Mail setup

2) Select advanced setup

3) Enter your email address and password

4) Select Exchange ActiveSync

5) Enter account name, i.e. REGENT, your username, password and

Domain: regent.edu

Server: mobilemail.regent.edu

6) Select what you would like to sync then select Sign in
