How to schedule a CIMA exam

A basic visual guide.

• Log in to your MY CIMA account.• Click on ‘My exams’. 

• Click on ‘Schedule an exam now.’

• All your outstanding exams are listed for you.• Click on ‘Schedule’.

• You can update a series of details by clicking on ‘Update’.• Otherwise, click on ‘Confirm’ where necessary.

• Click on ‘No thanks, I would like to schedule my exam(s) and make payment to CIMA later.’

• Please read the T&C. You may print it out by clicking on the printer icon.• Remember to put a check mark on the box to declare that you have read 

and understood the T&C.

• You are now re‐directed to the PearsonVUE exams scheduling page.• Click on any one of your pre‐approved exams.

• Please view the testing policies by clicking on the link.• Then click on ‘Schedule this Exam’ to proceed.

• You can still change the exam by clicking on ‘Change Exam’.• A list of test centres will be displayed. Simply clear the field box and key in 

your preferred city, e.g. Petaling Jaya.

• Click on ‘Display more test centres’ to view more test centres in your preferred city or the ones nearest to it.

• You can select multiple preferred test centres. Then click on ‘Next’.

• Your preferred test centres are displayed on the left. Select one to view its available times on the calendar.

• You can also use the scrollbar to view specific dates.

• The available time slots for your selected date will be displayed for your selection.• Simply click on ‘Change Test Centres’ to view another preferred test centre’s 

available time slots for your selected date.

• Your exam sitting details will be displayed for your checking. You may click on ‘Remove’ to schedule afresh.

• If you have no other exam to schedule, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.

• Once your exam scheduling is done, you will be directed to this page.• Make payment to CIMA now for your scheduled exam by clicking on MYCIMA.

• Click on ‘My financials’.

• Click on ‘Settle my account’.
