Step by Step Instructions to

Purchase a Parking Permit

Step 1 - Log into ULINK, go to Campus Services then select access my parking account to launch to your Parking Portal.

This is your Parking Portal page. Click on Get Permit

Step 2 – Read all information on this page. Click Next.

Step 3 – Select the Permit you would like to obtain. Read and agree to terms at bottom of page. Click Next.

*If the permit you would like to obtain is not on the list of permits available to you, please call our office at 337-482-6858 instead of purchasing an alternate permit.

Step 4 – add your vehicle to your account. Note: This is registering your vehicle to your account. It is NOT getting a permit. That step comes later.

Step 5 – complete all required fields. Click Next to proceed.

It is not required that you upload your vehicle registration. Click Next.

Step 6 - Review your vehicle information. Click Next to proceed.

Step 7 - Review the information and click on Pay Now.

This example is for a commuter permit which is no charge. Click Pay Now to complete the process of obtaining your permit.If you do not click Pay Now, the permit is not purchased and you will likely receive citations.

This example is for a permit with a fee. Click Submit to launch to the page to enter your credit card information.

Step 8 -

Payment Receipt Page

An email receipt is sent once you have successfully completed the process to get your permit.
