How to Make Pancakes

The perfect pancake is fluffy, tender, and moist.

How do you like your pancakes?

Griddle Frying pan

Frying ladle

First, gather all ingredients:

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon white sugar

1 1/4 cups milk

1 egg

3 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:

Then, sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in a large bowl.

Next, make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter.

Now mix using a whisk until batter becomes smooth.

While mixing, heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan. Then pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.

Afterwards, cook for about two minutes or until the pancake is golden.

Before long the pancakes will brown on both sides. Flip then serve hot.

Optional:Lastly, serve with maple syrup, honey, chocolate

syrup, butter, bacon or fruits.
