11

February 2012 TASB updated

their website with new URLs

for every policy.

ALL policy reference/links

that were created in the Legal

Framework system prior to

the 2012 training MUST be

deleted.

The old policy

references/links must be

deleted before the new policy

links can be created.

12

Notice some policy references [in the green box] have

a parenthetical (LEGAL) or (LOCAL) after the title.

Any policy with a parenthetical is an old policy and

must be deleted.

13

The system has now updated to the new policy titles

and all of the parenthetical references are gone. You

are now ready to start the process of linking to the

policies’ new URLs.
