Introductionhi is a website that was designed by a drug worker to make drug work easier and more engaging.

hi solves the basic issues so you can use your energy in a more interesting way.

Create an account

Your detailsThe most important information to enter is:- Your region - Area in that region- E-mail address (if you are a front line worker give us your work address)- Password, include letters and numbers

When your account is approved you will receive an e-mail to let you know

Notice the changes

Click on your name

Have a look at the best practice & training sections under the professionaldevelopment section.

Use the tools

Click on the intervention button, read the instructions and begin to create a pack.- The packs are for clients to take home with them- Make a copy of the information for the clients care plan- You can also use it to create hand outs for training sessions

Start building your pack- Use the site to find relevant information for your client- There are over 100 pages to choose from

Search the drug guideIf you are not sure what to look for in the drug guide just enter A in to the search box and all the drugs will be displayed.

Sign in to view animations

Animation on crack page- Animations appear in the drug guide under heroin & crack.- The injecting animation also appears in the safer injecting section, but only when you are signed in as a worker.

Start adding to your pack

- hi provides you with lots of helpful extras including healthy eating and specialist diets.- When you add information to the intervention pack, the content is stored in the order you have saved the information. This helps the client remember more about your discussion.

Find services in your area

Find everything in one place- When you are finished adding information, click on the intervention tab.- This will bring you back to the intervention section, you can now access referral documents for your client.

Access the referral documents you need

Select what you want to print- Select the view printable version to see what your pack will look like before printing.- You can also print off the blank appointment card for your clients next appointment (hand write the time and date its more friendly!)- If you are happy, select print and keep a copy for your files.
