We lead very hectic and stressful lives. For many of us, that
stress can manifest into negative emotions and bad moods
It can have a serious impact on our state of mind. It can accumulate
and reach the point where it robs us of our happiness
To make matters worse, being unhappy increases
the negativity that you give out and receive in turn
It sucks all of the positivity out of the air and
leaves us with nothing but bad feelings
It’s hard to stay positive when we have so much to worry about

Removing Negativity From Your Life
One of the easiest ways to increase
your happiness and positive state
of mind is to simply remove
yourself from whatever it is that
is creating negativity in your life
Sometimes that is impossible to do, other times it is not
Maybe it is your work that is causing you these problems. If that is the case, you may
have to find other solutions. Many times, however, it is easily fixable
If you have negative influences in life, work on removing them. Once they are
gone, you will be surprised how much happier you will feel
Surround Yourself With Positivity
Just as you identify negative
influences in your life, you can
just as easily find what the
positive influences are
Once you identify them, you can figure out ways that you can put
yourself around them more
By exposing yourself to positive energy, it will help improve your
mood tremendously
Share Your Happiness With Others
When you are in a good mood, make sure you
share that with other people
When you do this, they will remember you as
being a positive and happy person
This will payoff down the road when they do the same for you. It may come just at the
right time when you are feeling down and they show up to bring your spirits back up again
