Let’s BEGIN!

First, open a browser by clicking it.

For this tutorial, let's choose Google

Chrome

Double-clickthis icon

A new window will pop-up

Click the URL

Type https://www.shareist.com/ then hit Enter on your keyboard

You will be redirected to Shareist ’s site

Click Get Started

Enter your email address

Choose a username

Type your password

Click CREATE ACCOUNT

Here is your Shareist Global Dashboard

Click & watch this video to get an overview

We'll make a motivational project to engage audience

To get more clicks, likes, comments, shares, retweets, etc.

Click +CREATE A PROJECT

Create a Project name

Type in your Project shortname (can be the same above)

Enter some significant keywords

then click Create project now

Connecting your social media accounts

You can connect your Social Media accounts here

Click Manage connections

Social connects to social media platforms

Publish connects your blogs to publish content

Streams connect accounts for streaming content

Email connects your email to send campaigns

Connecting your social media accounts

Go back to Social tab

Let’s connect a Facebook Business Page

Click Add new Facebook page

Click Continue

Select your audience

To maximize views, choose Public

Click OK

Face pages connected to your Face account will be shown here

Facebook pages connected to your Faceaccount will be shown here

Select the Facepage you want to connect

The Facepage is now connected

Great! This time let's connect a Twit account

Click Add new Twitter account

Click Authorize app

Your Twit account is now connected

Click the home button

You will see your connected accounts in the Global Dashboard

Let's Research content for your posts that can

be saved to your Shareist Inbox for future usage

To show you results from the web

which are related to the keyword/s you

provided in the project, click RSS Feeds

Remember the key words you entered earlier?

Here are the results from the web based from those keywords

Click Save to Inbox to keep RSS feed results

to be shared to the connected accounts

The contents have been saved

Click Inbox

The Inbox contains all of the content you've saved.

Websites can also be added to your RSS feed

if they are RSS feeds enabled.

Go back to Research

Click RSS Feeds

Click Manage Sources

Drag the topic of your choice to the URL bar

then click Add source

Website source is now added

Click RSS Feed icon

Click Select a source

Select the name of the website you added

Your feed will now show all the contents from that website

Go to Inbox

You can then save the contents or share

them to your connected social media accounts.

To save images to your inbox, click

CAPTURE TO INBOX…

Click Add to Inbox

You can save text, links, images, video.

While URLs will be automatically turned into an element.

Uploading your images

Click select it from your computer

Select an image from your computer

Click Open

Wait for the upload to finish

Describe what you are sharing here

Type some tags related to your post

Click Save

The post is now saved in your Inbox

Here is the post in your Inbox.

It is not yet shared.

Sharing scheduled posts in social media

Go to Social

You can share text, links, videos, and URLs

Enter your post here

Click Next…

Select the connected account/s where you want to post

Let's select Face

Select a Faceaccount

Scroll down

You can still edit & customize your post here

Once you are finished editing,

choose when the content will be posted to social media:

To share the post immediately, click Now

To schedule the content to post later, click Later

Choose date when you want to post

Set the time you want to post

Click Done

We have scheduled to post later

To schedule additional posts on multiple dates,

click Add another date

It automatically adds the day after the first schedule

You may edit the schedule by clicking it

Change the date

Change the time

then click Done

To schedule your post to repeat weekly, check this box

then change the end date

Click Save draft

To save your post for review later, click Save for review

If you are done with scheduling, click Post

Your post has been scheduled

To view schedule of your post, click schedule page

You can see all your scheduled posts here

To view posts scheduled to repeat, click Repeat

Sharing content through your Inbox

Go to Inbox

All content you've researched and saved are stored here

Including elements that you've added like images, text, links and URLs

Select an element you’ve saved

Click Actions

To post immediately to your connected accounts, click Quick share...

To shedule the post, click Advanced share

Tracking audience engagement using

Reports

Shareis tracks when your shared content gets

likes, clicks, comments, shares, retweets, favorites

and other important interactions

Click Reports

Select Campaign Report

Campaign Report shows the performance of your campaigns

Select Social Report

Social Report lists anything that you share for future re-sharing

Select Best content

Best content lists your most successful shared content
