HOUSING OPTIONSUniversity of Dayton Graduate Students
2015–16
ON-CAMPUS HOUSINGThe University of Dayton offers on-campus housing for graduate students. Upper-level students may request to retain their on-campus apartments, but the University cannot guarantee this option. Building facilities and semester rates may be viewed by visiting udayton.edu/studev/housing.
ON-CAMPUS HOUSING PROCESSHousing units and parking spaces for Plumwood Apartments and University Place are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
1. Contracts are available by contacting the Department of Housing and Residence Life. Housing contracts are signed for the nine-month or a 12-month (depending on program) academic year. The housing contract includes semester breaks. Extensions may be granted for students pursuing summer study. (Complete application/contract at myhousing.udayton.edu.) Students can be released from their housing contract, which is associated with a fee determined by the date of the release request. (See terms & conditions.)
3. The University of Dayton Department of Housing and Residence Life will contact you via email with contract terms and conditions, assignment and cancellation policies. The date on which the Office of Graduate Admission Processing receives a student’s housing reservation form will be the date used in determining the housing assignment.
