Roses are most commonly given as a sign of one’s affection for another. They are known for their elegance, richness in color, and ability to accompany many different types of other flowers and flora including carnations, as shown. The red rose’s complement of green serves as a great accompaniment to its robust, red color to give the bouquet great appeal.
