• Always go with cheaper filter & re-place them more often.

Clean Kitchen sink disposal

• Best solution seems to be vinegar ice cubes.

• Put some vinegar in a ice tray & al-low it to freeze.

• Put ice cubes through the disposal , it fresh-ens it.

Inspect your fire extinguisher

• Ensure fire extin-guisher has easy access.

• It should not be blocked by garbage.

• Check that the gauge shows adequate pressure.

Test garage doors

• Test your garage doors monthly, to ensure that it reverses its action when hits an obstacle.

• If the door doesn’t go back, it might have a problem.

Use water and flush toilets in unused places

• You must run water in guest bath-rooms or sinks which don’t have regular use.

• It helps in keeping the bath-rooms clean.

Check water softener and add salt if required

• You might not need to add salt every month but, need to check it.

Test water heater’s pressure re-lief valves

• This will reduce mineral & cor-rosion buildup.

• It safeguards against leaks.

Vacuum refrigerator coils

• A refrigerator uses maximum power in a house. There-fore, it is important that you maintain it well.

• Coils become dirty & your fridge requires more juice.

• So, clean the coils.
