• Your LEA/charter has identified “Leads” to help expedite answers and troubleshoot problems locally. Posing your questions to them first saves you time and may aid your colleagues;

• Support personnel provide the answer, research or assign to the appropriate area for resolution;

• Questions will be logged into Remedy for assistance;

• Incidents are categorized for statistical reporting to aid in identifying problem areas as well as providing a knowledge base.

You can access the instructional suite by logging in to Home Base. Logging in will take you to the student information (PowerSchool) landing page. Once in the system, you will not have to log in again to access any other component of Home Base. To move over into the instructional improvement system, you will click on “Schoolnet”.
