NAVIGATING HIRING MANAGER DASHBOARD

To access your personalized dashboard, simply login to ConnectHR and click on the eRecruit link.

NAVIGATING HIRING MANAGER DASHBOARD

Once in eRecruit, you will see a dashboard that displays the status of your vacancies, certificates issued to you, and historical time to hire for your vacancies.

VACANCIES ASSIGNED TO HIRING MANAGER

The report in the upper left-hand corner displays the number of RPAs/ Certificates that are in one of four stages:

1. Vacancy Creation – The vacancy is being built by the HR specialist

2. Receiving Apps – The job is open and receiving applications

3. HR Evaluation – The job has closed and HR is reviewing applicants and preparing certificates for issuance

4. HM Review – Certificates have been issued to the assigned users and require a selection to be made

*Note: this chart will be blank if you are not listed on any vacancies as a hiring manager

Click on one of the bars to see the RPAs/Certificates that are in that particular stage

The report in the upper right-hand corner displays the number of certificates that have been issued/ reissued to you. The alerts are in line with USDA’s time to hire guidelines. Click on the ‘# of certificates’ to view the certificates.

This report is a list of all certificates that are included in the ‘Certificates Issued to Hiring Manager’ table. Clicking on the Vacancy Link will open a new window displaying the vacancy dashboard for that particular certificate.

PREVIOUS HIRES TIME TO HIRE

PREVIOUS HIRES TIME TO HIRE

This report displays the time to hire for vacancies where you were listed as the hiring manager.
