Gargling – with medicated oils increases oral and dental health

Abhyanga – massage with lukewarm oil

• There are many different opinions on how much water we should be drinking every day. The health authorities commonly recommend eight 8-ounce glasses, which equals about 2 liters. (30 ML/KG/BODY WT)

• According to Ayurveda quantity of water intake depends on season, prakriti of person, place etc.

• Excessive amount may lead to swelling, hypertension, kidney malfunction.

• Early go to bed • Take 7-8 hrs sleep• Avoid late night sleeping• For them who work in night shifts have sleep

next day morning before lunch• Avoid day time sleep ( Exceptions Children, old

age persons and summer season)
