This book was taking about Harry Potter has never been the star of a Quidditch team, scoring points while riding a broom far above the ground.
He knows no spells, has never helped to hatch a dragon, and has never worn a cloak of invisibility.
All he knows is a miserable life with the Dursleys, his horrible aunt and uncle, and their abominable son, Dudley - a great big swollen spoiled bully. Harry's room is a closet at the foot of the stairs, and he hasn't had a birthday party in eleven years.
But all that is about to change when a mysterious letter arrives by owl messenger: a letter with an invitation to an incredible place that Harry and anyone who reads about him - will find unforgettable.
Harry chooses to go to the school, where he begins to learn magic and make new friends, as well as enemies, among the Hogwarts students and staff.
Harry learns that Voldemort has been in a state of near-death since the attack on Harry ten years earlier, but a plot is brewing for the dark lord to regain his power and strength through the acquisition of a Philosopher’s Stone, which grants immortality to its owner. Harry and his friends, Hermione Granger and Ron Weasley, discover the plot and seek to prevent the theft of the stone, which is hidden in a protected chamber at Hogwarts.
Prior to school beginning, a house elf named Dobby warned Harry not to go to Hogwarts and interfered with Harry’s plans to do so .
Harry ignores warnings not to return to Hogwarts, and find the school plagued by a series of mysterious attacks and a strange voice haunting him.
When Harry is back to Hogwarts, a monster from the Chamber of Secrets petrifies many people. Harry has to save them and prove that he is innocent, so he and his friends try to find the entrance to the chamber.
Harry saves everyone and defeats all bad guys.The basilisk is killed, and Harry destroys Tom Riddle's soul fragment, and wakes Ginny up
Harry Potter is having a tough time with his relatives .He runs away after using magic to inflate Uncle Vernon's sister Marge who was being offensive towards Harry's parents.
Initially scared for using magic outside the school, he is pleasantly surprised that he won't be penalized after all.
However, he soon learns that a dangerous criminal and Voldemort's trusted aide Sirius Black has escaped from the Azkaban prison and wants to kill Harry to avenge the Dark Lord.
To worsen the conditions for Harry, vile creatures called Dementors are appointed to guard the school gates and inexplicably happen to have the most horrible effect on him. Little does Harry know that by the end of this year, many holes in his past (whatever he knows of it) will be filled up and he will have a clearer vision of what the future has in store.
At the Quidditch World Cup, Voldemort's followers gather and wreak havoc.
In Hogwarts School, a legendary event takes place. which is the Triwizard Tournament.
The Goblet of Fire judges who gets in and who doesn't. On the fateful night, three champions are selected. But then the Goblet spits out one other.
Harry's. These two major events point to the return of Lord Voldemort. Dumbledore and the other teachers sense it, but it is inevitable. And Harry is no longer safe at Hogwarts. This fourth installment is the most dramatic, and also the scariest. Let me just say that all does not necessarily end well...
Harry Potter is attacked by a group evil spirits called Dementors and he uses magic to defend himself. However, his school, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry discovers his action and disqualifies him from the school.
Harry was in grievance and the Order of Phoenix helped him to struggle against the Ministry of Magic.
Harry returns to Hogwarts stealthily and knows a shocking news that Dolores Umbridge will be his new Dark Arts teacher.
On the first day of Professor Umbridge’s lesson, she claims that she will never teach her students the way to perform defensive spells.
All the students feel strange and builds a terrible image for her. Later, she imposes more requirement sand restrictions on the students and they try to unite each of them including Harry to start a battle towards Umbridge.
Severus Snape, formerly one of Voldemort's Death Eaters, meets with Draco’s mother , Malfoy. Snape makes an Unbreakable Vow to Narcissa and promises to protect Dracoin in the following days.
Meanwhile, Dumbledore goes to find Horace Slughorn, formerly a teacher at Hogwarts with Harry and persuade him to resume his post as a Potions teacher.
Harry receives a used Potions textbook during the lesson that once belonged to someone named "The Half-Blood Prince", which is heavily annotated and helps Harry excel in Potions.
Later, Dumbledore shows the past of Voldemort to Harry by his Pensieve. At that time, Harry realizes that Voldemort has divided his soul into seven Horcruxes and the only way to kill Voldemortis is to destroy all his Horcruxes. Two Horcruxes have already been destroyed and the other five situate at different positions. If he fails to destroy all of them, the world will be put danger.
Following Dumbledore's death, Voldemort continues to gain support and increase his power.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione know they cannot return to Hogwarts School for their seventh year, instead they finish the quest Dumbledore started: to hunt and destroy Voldemort's remaining Horcruxes
As they search for the Horcruxes, the trio learn more about Dumbledore's past.
Harry, Ron, and Hermione flee into London and soon to 12 Grimmauld Place, where they learn from Kreacher the whereabouts of Salazar Slytherin's locket. They successfully recover this Horcrux by infiltrating the Ministry of Magic and stealing it from Dolores Umbridge. Under the object's evil influence and the stress of being on the run, Ron leaves the others.
Harry and Hermione escape into the Forest of Dean, where a mysterious silver doe leads Harry to the Sword of Godric Gryffindor at the bottom of an icy lake, one of the few objects able to destroy horcruxes. When Harry attempts to recover the sword from the pool, the horcrux attempts to kill him. .Ron reappears, saving Harry and using the sword to destroy the locket. And they reunited.
Resuming their search, the trio repeatedly encounter a strange symbol, they represents the mythical Deathly Hallows.
The Hallows are three sacred objects: the Resurrection Stone, with the power to summon the dead to the living world; the Elder Wand, an unbeatable wand; and an infallible Invisibility Cloak. Harry learns that Voldemort is seeking the Elder Wand, but is unaware of the other Hallows and their significance
Harry learns that another horcrux is hidden in Hogwarts. And so enter the school through Hogsmeade with the help of the teachers.
Voldemort and his followers attack Hogwarts. Harry, Ron, and Hermione, their allies, and various magical creatures defend Hogwarts.
Voldemort kills Severus Snape because he he can become the Elder Wand's true master. Harry discovers while viewing the memories of Snape that Voldemort inadvertently made Harry a horcrux when he attacked him as a baby and that Harry must die to destroy Voldemort. These memories also confirm Snape's his role as a double-agent against Voldemort.
Harry surrenders himself to death at Voldemort's hand, using the Resurrection Stone to relive. The Horcrux inside Harry has been destroyed, and Harry’s soul can return to his body despite being hit by the Killing Curse.
Harry and Voldemort engage in a final climatic duel.
Harry reveals that because he willingly sacrificed himself to death by Voldemort's hand, his act of love would protect the Wizarding community from Voldemort in the same way the sacrifice Harry's mother made protected Harry.
Harry refuses to use the killing curse and even encourages Voldemort to feel remorse, one known way to restore Voldemort's shattered soul.
Voldemort dies when his own killing curse backfires; he and his Death Eaters are finally defeated.
The wizarding world was then able to live in peace once more.
