1990. • Aditya Jyot Foundation for Twinkling Little Eyes, a charitable trust,

registered on June 30, 2005 was born out of a desire to give back to society.

• 54.1 % OF MUMBAI'S POPULATION LIVES IN SLUM AREAS.

• ACCORDING TO WORLD BANK STATISTICS THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE IN INDIA LIVING BELOW RS 50 A DAY IS 267 MILLION, THE NUMBER OF POOR BELOW

RS 75 A DAY IS 456 MILLION .

Our Team• A 20 member strong team

of community health workers working in the slums providing customized eye care to the slum dwellers at their doorstep

• Screening from children to elderly, free cataract surgeries, vitreo retinal surgeries, free angiographies & lasers

• 1,50,000 households in 7 wards of Mumbai covered in door to door awareness program
