The final solution - The Master Plan

Integrated Planning

Partial areas with 1000 flats divided on 10 developers. Meetings monthly with

planners for water, energy, transport and waste.

Some facts in short for the project

•size 160 ha + 40 ha lake (90 ha residential 30 ha public)

• 11.800 new flats (45% rented), 40 – 120kvm

• 290.000 m2 new offices, schools, shops, services

• 25.000 inhabitants and 10.000 jobs

• huge infrastructure projects – railway, tunnels, district heating, broadband

• investments 3 billions Euros, the cities part 15%

• construction time 1995-2017. Today 70% finished
