half of the building will be dedicated to anchor tenant Cargojet with the remainder
operated by TradePort as a common-use facility focused on growing cargo throughput
by introducing common-use infrastructure for shippers and forwarders providing
capabilities to handle perishable items and offering office space for client use

An $115 million investment in high-tech 3D printing and scanning equipment One of only three facilities in Canada with this capacity Burloak provides global inspection and engineering support services around the world Burloakrsquos investment resulted in the creation of 9 new jobs with plans to grow to 50 in two years

Leased 10000 square feet on Brockley Drive for the relocation of their hard cider business creating five new jobs

The Margaret amp Charles Juravinski Centre for Integrated Healthcare on St Josephrsquos new West 5th Campus officially opened in February 2014 and is now home to more than 700 staff and volunteers The building marks an incredible $581 million investment in Hamilton by the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care and was supported locally by more than $10 million in donations to the St Josephrsquos Healthcare Foundation
