In the latest round of Uber lawsuits, a terminated driver sues Uber and the passengers that allegedly assaulted him. Some visitors to SF allegedly requested a ride to 50 3rd Ave. No such address exists. The passengers actually wanted to go to the Park Central on 50 3rd St. The hotel formerly known as "The Westin". As a result of the mistake a fight broke out.
