▪ Minimum 1 Month / secondment

▪ Maximum 12 Months / staff member

▪ 1 M = day x of Month Y to day x-1 of Month Y+1

▪ Less than 1 month = pro-rata of 30 days

▪ Examples:

• 1 January – 31 January = 1 month

• 12 February – 11 March = 1 month

• 12 February – 10 March = 27 days (not eligible)

• 15 June – 17 August = 2 months + 3 days
