TRANSCRIPT

This innovative approach to beginning piano study takes place in the CMS digital keyboard lab and prepares students to transition to private lessons. The group class provides children, ages 7-15 years, with the opportunity to learn piano concepts in a social environment through ear training, singing, rhythm work, games, ensembles, performance, technique, theory and improvisation. Fall 2017 classes begin on September 11, 2017 (Saturday classes begin on Saturday 16).

Instructor: Igor Do Amaral & Derek PolischukAges 7-9: Level I, Saturdays, 2:00-2:45 p.m.

Ages 9-11: Level I, Mondays, 5:30-6:30 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00-10:00 a.m.

Ages 12-15: Level I, Mondays, 6:30-7:30 p.m.

CostFor the 7-9 year old class: $140 per semester (11 weeks)

For the 9-11 and 12-15 year old classes: $150 per semester (12 weeks); financial assistance available
