Development Process:• National Road Commons led by Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce’s Community Improvement Corporation

• CIC has overseen design and will oversee construction

• CIC has committed to maintain the park for 15 years

• Funded by ODNR through the State Capital Budget:

• 2006 ($2 million) • 2008 ($350,000)
