accommodations. Al l two bedroom accommodations are based on four adults. The three bedroom accommodations are based on six adults. F leming Vi l la is based on ten adults.

• Each extra chi ld/adult is $75 per person, per night. This supplement includes dai ly ful l breakfast. The extra person wil l be accommodated on a cr ib, an extra rol laway bed or a sofa bed.

• Meal plans are avai lable upon request.• A 10% service charge and 10% Government tax plus

a $2.00 accommodation tax per bedroom, per night are not included.

• Three-night deposit or 50% of total reservation (whichever is greater) is required upon making a booking. Final payment is due in ful l 30 days prior to arr ival date.
