1. Beaker- glass apparatus utilized in paper chromatography or in setting up a water bath

2. Evaporating dish- for the evaporation of liquid/solution

3. Dropper- use for adding drops of liquids

1. Funnel –holds the filter paper during filtration

2. condenser-used as a container of the solution to be changed from gas to liquid in the distillation process

3. Mortar and pestle-use for pounding and grinding solid substances into powder form

1. Stirring rod- guides the flow of liquids during filtration

2. Wire gauze- protects and supports glasswares during heating

3. Iron stand – holds the iron ring

1. Platform balance- measures the mass of materials

2. Test tube rack- receptacle for test tubes that are not being used
