On Job Trainings

• In aircraft maintenance, to gain practical

skills is important as much as theoretical

training. That is why practical training is an

essential in both basic and expert levels.

On Job Trainings

• Too enable unexperienced technician candidates

to gain aircraft maintenance skills and culture, we

provide on job trainings on Airbus 320, A330

asnd Boeing B737NG aircrafts in Germany. OJT

programs consist of following 4 different parts or

a combination of these parts.

OJT programs may consist of following 4 different

parts or a combination of these parts.

• 10 day familiarisation course before OJT(4 hour

theoretical+4 hour practical trainings everyday),

• 25 day line maintenance training in 14 different

locations under the supervision of experienced

technicians or instructors,

On Job Trainings

• 10 day base maintenance training in Munich

under the supervision of experienced technicians

or instructors,

• 13 day work-shop training in Munich or

Dusseldorf under the supervision of experienced

technicians or instructors.

On Job Trainings

Human Factors Training

• Human Factors training is a continuation training

mentioned in 145.A.35(d) and the one required for a

maintenance organisation to keep the approval valid.

The training explaining the relation between human

and human, human and machine, human and system

human and working process, human performans and

limitations should be taken by all maintenance staff at

least once in 2 years. Training duration is 2 days.

Aviation Legislations Training

• It is desired that a maintenance staff is kept updated regarding

the regulations and procedures. Because of that, Aviation

Legislation is also a continuation training like Human Factors

training as mentioned in 145.A.35(d). Havacılık Kanunları

eğitimi İnsan Faktörleri eğitiminde olduğu gibi yine 145.A.35(d)

‘de tanımlanan sürekli eğitimlerdendir. In Aviation Legislation

courses, Part 145, Part 147, Part 66, Part M, Part 21 and Part

ORO regulations are summarised. Training duration is 5 days.

Fuel Tank Safety

• One of the hazardous areas on aircraft is fuel tanks.

Aircraft fuel is a fluid with low flash point, high

vaporization ability and sensitive to fire factor. Therefore,

the secureness of fuel and fuel tanks during flight and on

ground is highly important. Thus, the maintenance staff

should have the knowledge of fuel tank safety, precaution

and correction. As well as maintenance staff, quality staff

should also have at least the awareness of fuel tank safety.

Fuel Tank Safety

• In this 2 day training, parts and components

related to fuel tank are remarked and how to use

the relevant service bulletins, airworthiness

directives and manuels are explained.

EWIS(Electrical Wiring Interconnection System)

• EWIS, a training required for the staff working directly or

indirectly on electrical cables, exists in different

categories depending on area of the responsibility and a

continuation training for relevant staff. Maintenance

staff working on or inspecting electrical cables, planning

engineers, cleaning workers, cargo shippers, ground staff

and crew should take this training. Training duration

could be 1, 2 or 5 days depending on target group.

CRM(Crew Resource Management)

• CRM is a safety training subjecting awareness in

cockpit, flexibility, analyse of duties and

responsibilities, interpersonal communication,

decision responsibility and leadership. CRM can

be summarised as Human Factor training for

pilots.

SMS(Safety Management Systems)

• SMS training aims to explain how to manage safety factor

in aviation according to the concept by ICAO. It can be

taken as 5 day classroom training or online training. The

training examines the analysis of safety risk and its

financial effects, source and effect relation and

establishment and prosecution of safety system in

companies. The training is aimed at managers, air traffic

controllers and civil aviation authority personnels.

ETOPS(Extended Twin Engine Operations)

• ETOPS training subjecting ETOPS term, procedures and

approval requirements involves the system informations of

twin engine aircraft which will carry out transoceanic

operations. It consists of two parts Level 1 and Level 2 and

includes general determinations in aircraft maintenance

manuals(Level 1) and theoretical and practical

applications(Level 2). It is a requirements for pilots,

dispatchers, maintanence staff and trainers.

Internal Auditor Training

• The training targeting the quality staff in

organisations aims to explain the term quality,

how to follow the internal quality, human factor,

preparation of audit reports and follow of findings

by providing feed-backs.

Train the Trainer

• The course aims to train the trainers in the

subjects of training techniques,

preparation and planning, presentation

and performance assessment.

Aviation English

• Aviation insdustry has a deep technical English content.

English is unavoidable for maintenance staff, pilots and

flight attendants because manuals and information

dissemination in aviation is in English and whole system

and system piece is based on English. Language Proficiency

which is a promount clause during employment processes

in aviation companies is also a requirement to prove the

core competence in the presence of aviation authorities.

Aviation English

• Depending on the working field in aviation, there

may be different level of the proficiency. Due that

and depending on the target group, we provide

Aviation English courses for changeable periods

under our approval by Ministry of National

Education.

Future of Aviation

• Forecast reports by Airbus and Boeing and

statistics by economics show that there will be a

significant increase in aircraf production,

operation and maintenance and the industries

directly or indirectly effected by aviation,

especially in India, China and Africa. This

improvement in aviation will create a man power

demand to meet the needs.

Future of Aviation

Our Training Method

We provide:• Nationally and internationally approved trainings,• By supporting with main and supplementary

documents and equipments meeting the expected quality standards theoretically and practically,

• Under the supervision of highly experienced, well-knowledgeable and expert in the field instructors,

• At the place of the customer, trainee oriented and affordable service.

Conclusion

We move forward to support the improvement of civil

aviation in the form of quality, safety and reliability,

In the belief that total improvement starts with personal

improvement,

Being conscious of that each individual could be the key of a
