Report on I B.Tech Orientation Programme held on 19/08/2019

The Orientation Programme for I B.Tech Students was conducted on 19/08/2019 in the premises of

College with Sri E.S. Chakravathy, Global Head, TATA Consultancy Services as the Chief Guest.

Good number of Parents attended the Programme along with their wards. The Chief Guest, in the

speech stress upon the importance of Technical Knowledge in today’s engineering field and advised

the Students to understand the basic concepts of their branch well. He also indicated that there are lot

of opportunities in the industry for all branches of the Engineering. Sri G. Pullaiah, Secretary

addressed the parents and students and advised them to take their studies seriously. Sri G.V.M.

Mohan Kumar, Chairman Spoke about the importance of Communication Skills and Other Technical

Skills to be developed by Engineering Graduates. Dr. C. Srinivasa Rao, Principal gave an idea about

the Rules and Regulations of the College and advised the Student to be regular to the College.

Cash Prizes were also awarded to the meritorious Students who showed Academic Excellence in

previous semesters. The Programme ended with a vote of Thanks.
