To Download files from the Craftmade FTP Site:
Copy and paste or type ftp://graphics.craftmade.com into your URL. (You may also click on the blue link and it will take you to the page you need to be on. You may have to hold the control key down while clicking on the blue link.) User Name: salesRO Password: CraftmadeFTP1 Go to PAGE at the top right section of your screen. Open FTP site in Windows Explorer Login with User Name and Password. You may have to do this more than once. Go to the Sales Folder – not the Graphics folder. Open or Save appropriate file.
Click enter.
