Health On Phone is using cloud servers, which are encrypted with 256k keys. We are following all the protocols mentioned by EHR standards of INDIA, to maintain security and privacy.

3.Your Website says that this is free of cost. Is this really free for the partners also?

Yes, the service is completely free for our Medical partners.

4.Will I need a dedicated person/team to handle your portal?

No, our system fits in the current software you are using.

We have API based integration with no changes at your end and no staff required at all.

5.Will you provide us assistance in handling customer queries? If yes, to what extent?

Yes, we will provide assistance to your customers related to all the issues in understanding the platform.

We will handle all the technical issues and the issues which require medical assistance will be redirected to you for further procedure.

6.What if your server crashes or goes down? How will this be managed in the mean time?

As we are using Amazon Cloud Server the chances of going down is very less.

Still if any issue happens we will fix things as soon as possible and get things back online.

7.What is the storage limit?

There is no storage limit; we will store all the records which come from your end.

8.What is your advertising strategy? How these take my business further?

We will promote our business with the help of our Mobile app and with the APP promotions your business also gets promoted.

Our App also have a page dedicated to our partners wherein our complete user database can view the Partner profile.
