What is hay fever?• Hay fever, like all allergic reactions, is a

physical reaction to allergens• Allergens are foreign invaders

that enter your body•by inhalation•by swallowing• through your skin

What is hay fever?• In hay fever, the allergens are airborne

substances that enter •your mouth, nose, throat, and lungs via your breathing • the linings of your eyes or the tissue of your ears via direct contact 

What is hay fever?• Once these allergens come in contact

with your airways, your immune system produces antibodies to the offending substance

• This overreaction to a harmless substance is often called a hypersensitivity reaction

• The most common allergens in hay fever are pollen

to what we have stored in the library• If something is new and interesting, we will

become curious and will want to explore what’s new

• If something is known as familiar and not dangerous, we don’t give it special attention

will activate our defense mechanisms – we can fight, flee or freeze to overcome the danger

• In this way, mankind has survived for thousands of years

is false• If we have been bitten by a dog, we can

learn that all dogs are dangerous• Then we will also react to

friendly dogs as if they were out to get us

have been stored in your library as if they were dangerous, but they’re not

• Your immune system behaves as if they were the shepherd dog that bit you and starts defending your body against the invader:

very complex• Logosynthesis assumes that this library is

created from our own life energy and from the energy of others

• Our life experience is stored as images, audio recordings and in other forms, like touch, smell and taste

• These recordings are thought of as energetic structures in space

memories and fantasies • They can represent ourselves and the world accurately, or

• This is true for our mind as well as for our body

your library is false• Your immune system reacts to pollen,

as if they are dangerous, and it tries to get them out of your system

• The sneezing, the tears and the itching are all signs that your body is trying to remove dangerous invaders
