daysyouwillbeequippedandempoweredthroughthe

interactivelearningenvironment.

Thisadditionalpartofthetrainingisavailableafterthe

workshopsandconsistsof24hoursofpersonalizedone-on-

onementoringsessionsrunover24weeks(sixmonths).

ThesessionswillbefacilitatedbyanMBCIaccredited

mentor.Theone-on-onephaseistheexperientialphase

whereyouwillexperiencefirsthandalivementoring

relationshipwithanMBCIAccreditedMentor.Duringthis

phaseyouwillwitnesstheuseofthevarioustoolsusedby

MBCIMentorsandtheirpracticalapplicationinreallife

problemsolvingsituations.

CERTIFICATIONAFacilitativeLeadershipDevelopmentProgramcertificate

willbeawardedtoeveryparticipantwhocompletesboththe

3daysworkshopandthe6monthsone-on-onementoring

fieldworksupport.Forthosewhoattendonlytheworkshops,

aFacilitativeLeadershipDevelopmentWorkshopcertificate

willbeawardedaftercompletionoftheworkshops.
