◦ Increased ratio of Laptops to Desktops Benefit: Laptops turned off when not in use unlike

desktops which hibernate

◦ Deepfreeze: Turns off desktops at preset time (7 p.m.) PC’s next turned on when required

◦ Lanschool Allows Teacher to turn off all desktops in a single

room from a central location◦ Lightspeed

Allows Technicians to turn off all desktops in part or all of the College from a central location.
