•11 Sectoral Reference Groups were established•1 Cross Sectoral Reference Group•SREF’s consisted of sector experts from a wide range of geography and specialisms ie Education and Training, Labour Market, Social Partners, Sector Skills Councils, etc•Tasked to network across their sectors so that “expertise” is multiplied

•Follow the ESCO development Guidelines•5 Step Methodology1 Create a Sectoral Breakdown and Sources2 Create a Prototype – 2 subsectors, 3 OCC3 List all OCC4 Define Sectoral and Transversal S/C for each OCC5 Complete the OCC profiles with Q and additional information

•Where now?•All SREF’s work have been “signed off” and recommended to proceed to translation from English to the other 23 official EU languages•EC has accepted the MAI recommendation•Translations of some 1323 OCC’s and related KS/C are in process•All completed translations expected early 2016

•Remaining 16 Sector content developed differently•OCC profile drafts produced by a contractor following the ESCO guidelines•Previous 11 Sector OCC Profiles available within CTC as a reference•OCC Profiles posted Online for consultation, feedback and validation by sector experts
