• Enable students to identify themselves in a trusted

manner across borders and thus benefit from the

'Once-Only Principle' in higher education institutions

• Backbone: eIDAS regulation and eID building block

Expected results

• Pan-European ubiquitous automatic recognition ofstudent status and identity, secure electronic exchangeof academic data, as well as secure access to onlinestudent services based on the once-only principle.

• Students should be able to electronically apply to andenroll in any accredited higher education institution inEurope when moving abroad for studies and traineeshipswithout having to go physically to an office and go throughall the administrative paperwork.

• The platform should reduce the administrative proceduresfor students in mobility and higher education institutions insending and receiving students, from the nomination stageto the exchange of learning outcomes for recognition ofcredits earned abroad.

• Essential administrative information on the applicants and on the proposal: summary of the action, timing, activities and milestones, budget, breakdown of eligible costs and requested funding plus Member State approval

• Includes forms that require signature of the applicants (A2.2) and Member State validation (A2.3) A.2.3 signature needs time!!!!! Start A2.3 in due time…. National telecom contact points list (link as well on call webpage)

• The descriptions of the proposed Action and activities will also be used for the grant agreement: be complete, informative and precise! Provide a clear description of the activities and of the tasks; clearly define the outputs of the tasks.
