CMA CGM offers online payment facility.

Visit CMA CGM website → Transport Management → Invoice Dashboard

Click ‘Pay’ button against the invoice to be paid

Customers can select any 1 option for payment and click ‘Pay my invocies’

PAYMENT OPTIONS

➢ NET BANKING

➢ NEFT/RTGS

➢ DEBIT CARD

➢ CREDIT CARD

Choose any one payment option

NET BANKING Select EBS Net Banking and click ‘Pay my invoices’

Once the bank is selected & Click on Make Payment, the control takes to the bank website and the customer can make payment from the bank website

Corporate banks are linked to CMA CGM website for Net banking payment facility. You can choose from the bank list and proceed to complete your transaction

Currently we are offering the Corporate Banking Feature for 7 banks and more

banks will be added soon, Banks available now :

✓ Andhra Bank

✓ Bank of Maharashtra

✓ Central Bank

✓ Indian Overseas Bank

✓ Karnataka Bank

✓ Oriental Bank

✓ Union Bank

Once payment is done through net banking,

✓ Customer will receive a payment receipt to the registered email id.

✓ RTGS link will be updated automatically with the invoice details.

✓ Customer has to request for OBL posting/ DO release.

NEFT/RTGS

No Convenience charges for NEFT/RTGS payment

Select EBS NEFT/RTGS and click ‘Pay my invoices’

Once NEFT is selected, customer has to accept the terms and conditions and ‘Make Payment’.

A Challan is generated instantly. In case the challan is not downloadedautomatically, click ‘download’button

✓ The challan will have the beneficiary name

and account number.

✓ The customer should add the beneficiary

and make payment from his bank account.

✓ The challan is valid for 48hrs. Customer

has to make payment within 48hrs.

✓ Payment should be made to exact Challan

amount. Else transaction will be declined

and amount refunded within 3-4 days.

✓ Once payment done, customer receives

receipt in his inbox.

✓ No need for manual RTGS link updation

✓ The customer has to send out an email for

BL/DO release once payment successful.

Once the challan is generated, below message is shown on the screen.

Receipt with invoice and BL details will sent to the customer’s email id once payment is successful.

DEBIT CARD Select EBS Debit Card and click ‘Pay my invoices’

For Debit Card, NIL Charges for Transaction up to 2000/-, 0.90% plus GST For Transaction above 2000/-.

ENTER CARD DETAILS AND click ‘Make Payment’

Once Debit Card payment is done,

✓ Customer will receive a ‘Payment Successful’ message on the website.

✓ Customer will receive a payment receipt to the registered email id.

✓ RTGS link will be updated automatically with the invoice details.

✓ Customer has to request for OBL posting/ DO release.

CREDIT CARD Select EBS Credit Card and click ‘Pay my invoices’

For Credit Card, Convenience charges is 1.95% of invoice amount plus GST to be paid by customer

ENTER CARD DETAILS AND click ‘Make Payment’

Once Credit Card payment is done,

✓ Customer will receive a ‘Payment Successful’ message on the website.

✓ Customer will receive a payment receipt to the registered email id.

✓ RTGS link will be updated automatically with the invoice details.

✓ Customer has to request for OBL posting/ DO release.

PAY MULTIPLE INVOICES

Multiple Invoices can be paid, after selection as shown below. Customers can choose from the different payment options for multiple invoices also.
