Proper Nouns- special or particular name given to common nouns to distinguish them from others of the same kind.

Group A Final –s is pronounced /z/ after voiced sounds

Possessive: Apostrophe s- Use ‘s to show relationship or ownership of something else

POSSESSIVE S (CON’T)

The problem arises when a noun is both plural and possessive. Certainly, there can be more than one student and they can both own a book. Or more than one banker can own the log book. In such cases, you simply place the apostrophe after rather than before the s:
