Conclusioni e suggerimenti
1. Sul profilo tecnico la conoscenza e il potenziale utilizzo di più software aumentano la qualità del risultato finale riducendo la probabilità di errore umano che nel caso di raccolta ed elaborazione dati è significativo
2. Gli interventi di efficienza energetica, contestualizzati nell’ambito territoriale ( costi energetici della Bulgaria ) si evidenziano comunque come interessanti sul profilo economico finanziario oltre che ambientale ( isolamento a cappotto, valvole termostatiche,..)
3. La competenza in materia energetica dovrebbe essere vincolante in fase progettuale poiché ai casi come questo, concorrente alle aspettative architettoniche ( in cui la EEA è in grado di svolgere un ruolo di riferimento istituzionale )
