Two Pronged Approach:

– Content Delivery Network

– Offline Player

Offline Player – Technical

Requirements

1) Solution must work on Windows 7 & 8

2) Solution must have the capacity to run at

least 1 Gig of courses

3) Solution must be able to identify

participant and report completion Results

back to main Totara LMS. Identity must

be in sync.

4) Solution must be able to swap between

off-line and on-line modes

5) Solution must be able to expire content

after a period of time
