What I Learned at the Empower 2014 Keynotes

To succeed today, you need to get your hands on all of the information relevant to your business—regardless of where it’s stored or how it’s transmitted.

I

You need to be flexible, able to respond and adapt to whatever comes along—whether that’s disaster recovery or new initiatives and projects.

You need to be mobile, enabling workers to talk to each other and work with each other in whatever form or on whatever device they want to.

You need to be socially proactive, capitalizing on the many channels of communication your employees and customers use, in order to reach them, engage them and access their know-how.

At Laserfiche, we give you the tools to talk to each other, work with each other and help each other—whether you’re in Johannesberg, South Africa, in College Station, Texas, or on the road anywhere in between.

Dr. Samuel Dunn CIO | Babson College

Babson is approaching ECM as an ongoing strategy.

Laserfiche ECM has enabled us to be a real-time, global, mobile workforce.

Really consider repository design in the beginning and don’t rush it.

Mike ReCIO | Avis Fleet Services

The Laserfiche SDK allowed us to have an attitude of ‘the sky is the limit’ when it comes to process design. We rely on almost all the functionality of Laserfiche Workflow.

With Laserfiche ECM, we service a lot more customers a lot faster without increasing headcount.

Involve the users as much as possible in developing the design. Getting the end users involved makes it very easy to deploy.

John Barragan COO | Girard Securities Inc.

With all the automation of our latest Laserfiche implementation, we expect to be able to grow our company at a significant rate and recruit large new branch offices without having to add staff.

In the past, we used Laserfiche like a Windows directory for files. Now, we use it to automate our entire operation across the whole U.S.

If you’re struggling with automation, the turning point for us was to bring in the professionals to layout the workflows and get buy-in from all the departments.
