Obesity-Why does it happen???

Many people eat bad because…….

Did You Know that 30% of the US population is obese?

It’s cheap.

Eating Healthy can be pricey

Poverty often leads to hunger.

Eating unhealthy is cheap.

1 Out of 8 American children are going to bed hungry tonight.

Hunger and poverty mostly occurs in poor countries.

Especially in Africa, The Middle East and South Asia.

Think about this…. At night when you are eating your dinner and complain about vegetables, most kids are suffering from very poor malnutrition and rarely even get one square meal a day.

America gets all of this!

And Hungry states and countries get this…

Isn’t that kinda unfair???

Hunger in poor countries

Every year…. …15 million children die of hunger!

About 183 million children weigh less than they should for their age

India tops the hunger chart

About 30% of babies in India are born under weight and with poor malnutrition

Did you know..That for the price of 1 missal, hungry children in an entire school could eat for 5 years???
