Select the “Forward and POP/IMAP” menu
& click on “Add a forward address” as above
Type the email address where you intendTo forward your email to preserve as a Back-up of your all email & than click the“Next” button.
Click on “Proceed” Button
Click on “OK”
Put the confirmation code as above & click on “Verify” button
Select the radio button “Forward a copy…” as above and save the setting by clicking “Save Changes” as below. Now a copy of your email will be sent to the forwarded address
