¾cupsAllPurposeFlour¾cupsWholeWheatFlour1tsp.VanillaExtract1tsp.BakingPowder150mlMilk

l Prepare

1:Preheattheovento375Fdegrees.2:Linemuffintinswithpaperliners.3:Let4Tbsp.ofmargarinewarmtoroomtemperature.

4:Process35oz.ofTofuintoapastewithafoodprocessor.

l Mix

Inabowlmixtheroomtemperaturemargarineand2Tbsp.ofvegetableoiluntilitbecomescreamy.

AddtheTofupasteand1cupofsugarinthebowlandmixwell.

Add¾cupsofall-purposeflour,¾cupsofwholewheatflourand1tsp.ofbakingpowdertothebowl.Mixwhilepouring150mlofmilkgradually.

Finally,mixin1tsp.ofvanillaextract.

Withalargespoon,scoopthebatterintothepreparedcups.Bakethemuffinsfor25minutes.

Afterthe25minutes,removefromtheovenandletsitforatleast10minutesontherange.
