Easy black and white printing at DCS

Select print from the file menu
Click on copies and pages
Select the ‘Printer Features’ option
Change the color mode to ‘Black and White’
Click on the presets button to save your black and white settings so you don’t have to go through this process each time
Select the ‘Save As …’ option
Give your preset a name and press ok to save it
Select your ‘Black and White’ preset for the printer and print
Next time all you have to do is make sure the ‘Black and White’ preset is selected before you print
